The consultant for our company is Alf Lindén, who provides consultancy services as per the Company’s instructions and requirements.

The consultant operates as an independent contractor. The consultancy agreement does not create an employment relationship or agency between the consultant and the company.

The consultant is compensated according to an agreed schedule, with invoices issued monthly and payable within thirty (30) days. Late payments incur interest as per the Swedish Interest Act.

The company must notify the consultant of any faults within a specified time upon discovery. If notified on time, the consultant will have a reasonable period to correct the faults.

Full ownership of all results developed during the assignment, including inventions and software, will vest with the company. Materials provided by the company must be returned at the end of the assignment.
